1 General Terms

By accessing or using the 11tk platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 11tk.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 11tk and its users. 11tk reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Register

To register on 11tk, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Any breach of account security must be reported to 11tk support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

After registration, 11tk may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.

3 Age Verification

Users must be at least 18 years of age to play games or place bets on 11tk. This is one of our strictest policies, and any violation will result in immediate account termination.

At or after registration, 11tk may request a government-issued ID, birth certificate, or passport to verify a user's age. Some account functions may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 11tk can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and direct bank transfer. All transactions go through the platform's security verification process before being completed.

• Minimum amounts apply for deposits and withdrawals and are subject to change from time to time.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account is prohibited.
• Once a withdrawal request has been verified, it is typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• For suspicious transactions, 11tk may request additional verification and temporarily place a hold on the transaction.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

11tk's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and conditions of use.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw after claiming a bonus, the specified turnover requirement must be met.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple bonus accounts or fake accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses only.
• 11tk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP program benefits are granted under separate terms. Benefits may change if your VIP tier changes.

6 Gaming Policy

All game outcomes on 11tk are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited and certified by a third party. Every result is entirely random and has no connection to previous outcomes.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your session data is saved on the 11tk server.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal game outcome, 11tk reserves the right to void that round.
• Live odds in Sports Betting update in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• Match fixing or placing bets through any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, 11tk's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 11tk's Terms & Conditions. If detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Coordinating activity to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the 11tk system.
• Attempting to access another player's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting a chargeback or payment fraud.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

11tk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Directive from a law enforcement agency.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• 11tk is not liable for financial losses resulting from wins or losses during gameplay.
• 11tk's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in your account.
