How does the 11tk VIP program work?

The concept behind the 11tk VIP program is simple. Every time you place a bet or play a game on the platform, points accumulate automatically. Your VIP tier is determined by those points — the more you earn, the higher your tier and the better your rewards.

On many platforms, becoming a VIP requires a separate application or meeting special conditions. 11tk has none of that. The moment you register and play your first game, you are automatically placed in the Bronze tier. From there, points carry you up through the tiers automatically.

A special upgrade bonus is awarded each time you move up a tier. For example, going from Silver to Gold earns you an additional deposit match bonus. The bonus is credited directly to your account — the whole process is automatic, no need to ask anyone.

Tips: Playing in the Slots and Live Betting sections earns points faster than most other games. You can climb to the next level even quicker by taking part in special Double Points events.

Exclusive Benefits for VIP Members

Going VIP at 11tk isn't just about getting more — it transforms the entire experience.

Maximum Cashback

Cashback is calculated monthly based on your total wagers. At the Diamond tier, it goes up to 30% — one of the highest rates in the market.

Express Withdrawal

While regular members may wait several days for a withdrawal, Diamond VIP members receive their funds within just 1 hour.

Dedicated Manager

From Gold tier onwards, every member is assigned a personal account manager who will resolve any issue you have, quickly.

Exclusive Tournaments

Exclusive tournaments are held for VIP members, with prize pools far larger than those of regular tournaments.

Custom Bonus Offer

You will receive bonus offers tailored specifically to your playing style and preferences — offers that never appear on the standard promotions page.

Higher Limit

VIP members can deposit and withdraw significantly higher amounts than regular members. At the Diamond tier, these limits are effectively unlimited.

New Game Early Access

Diamond VIPs get access to new games at 11tk before they go live to everyone else — the first to experience new slots or live tables.

Special Birthday Gift

Every year on your birthday, 11tk sends you a special gift. The higher your tier, the more valuable the gift.

Special Reload Bonus

VIP members receive bonus top-ups on every reload. From the Gold tier onwards, this rate increases significantly.

How do I earn points?

There are several ways to earn points at 11tk. The more active you are, the more points you collect. The main point sources are outlined in the timeline below.

Playing Games

Every wager earns a set number of points. Slots typically award 1 point per 100 BDT wagered. Points can also be earned through Live Casino and Sports Betting.

Deposit Bonus

Bonus points are awarded for every successful deposit. During special deposit events, those points are doubled.

Tournament Participation

Participating in any tournament earns you bonus points. Finishing at the top brings additional bonus points as well.

Daily Login Streak

Logging in each day earns you a small points reward. Log in 7 days in a row and you'll unlock a special streak bonus.

Special Events

11tk regularly runs Double Points weekends and Triple Points events on special occasions. Playing during these periods is the fastest way to climb to the next tier.

11tk VIP — Full Details

A common question is whether joining the VIP program is actually worth it. The answer depends on how regularly you play. Even playing just a couple of days a week, reaching Silver or Gold within a few months is very realistic. Once you hit Gold, a dedicated manager and faster withdrawals kick in — benefits that most players find the most valuable.

One standout feature of the 11tk VIP program is its cashback system. Many platforms attach tough wagering requirements to their cashback offers, but at 11tk the conditions are comparatively straightforward. That simplicity is what draws a lot of users in.

The custom offers available to Platinum and Diamond VIPs are genuinely impressive. Offers are tailored based on your preferred games, the times you play most, and your average wager — so instead of irrelevant bonuses, you get exactly what suits you.

For fans of live betting, 11tk VIP is even more rewarding. VIP members enjoy special perks when wagering on live matches, including higher maximum bet limits and, in some cases, improved odds. These benefits make a real difference for regular bettors.

The personal manager service for Diamond VIPs works much like private banking. Whenever you run into an issue or need something specific, your assigned manager handles it directly — no waiting on standard support tickets.

11tk regularly hosts exclusive VIP tournaments with limited spots, which means less competition and bigger rewards. The monthly VIP Championship held at the end of each month is a particularly strong opportunity to win.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Frequently asked questions about the 11tk VIP program

No, there's no separate application required. Once you open an account at 11tk and play your first game, you're automatically enrolled at the Bronze VIP tier. From there, tier upgrades happen automatically as you accumulate points.

Yes, points do have an expiry. They may reset after 12 months of inactivity. For regular players, though, this is never an issue — as long as you keep playing, your points will keep growing.

Monthly cashback is calculated at the start of each month based on the previous month's activity. Weekly cashback is credited to your account every Monday. The cashback amount and terms depend on your current VIP tier.

It depends entirely on how consistently and how much you play. Actively taking advantage of Double Points events and entering tournaments regularly can cut the time down significantly.

Extended inactivity may trigger a tier review. However, 11tk typically notifies members in advance and gives them the chance to reactivate. If you play regularly, this is unlikely to be an issue.

Once you reach Gold tier or above, your account is assigned a dedicated manager whose contact details are provided directly to you. You can reach them anytime via live chat or direct message.

Yes, all VIP benefits are exactly the same on the 11tk mobile app. You still earn points, receive cashback, and can reach your dedicated manager — switching platforms makes no difference to your perks.
